SWINGS & ROUNDABOUTS OFFER INTIMATE WEDDINGS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON QUALITY, LOCAL PRODUCE, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND GREAT WINES.

This is all set to a beautiful natural backdrop of rolling vineyards, perfectly serving as the canvas for your special day.

Our dedicated wedding coordinator and our kitchen team strive to create your dream day through detailed planning and ongoing consultation. We love to hear that our couples enjoyed the ‘planning’ phase of their wedding as much as the day itself.

OUR SETTING

OUR CEREMONIES AND RECEPTIONS ARE CONDUCTED AGAINST A SCENIC BACKDROP OF OUR MARGARET RIVER VINEYARD.

Our venue is suitable for both cocktail events and sit down dinners. The verandah provides the perfect space for long table dinners or, for a larger event, feel free to use our beautiful lawn and set up underneath the shady gum trees.We welcome marquees and tipis on the grass or open air to sit under the stars.

Swings & Roundabouts guarantees an unforgettable celebration defined by our quality food, wine and personalised service.

VENUE HIRE: From $1,800-$2,300 per function on the Swings & Roundabouts lawn or verandah. Please note if you spend over $6,000 the venue hire is free.

THE ACT OF SHARING WITH FRIENDS, OLD AND NEW, ENCOURAGES CELEBRATIONS AND CREATES MEMORIES.

Our menu has been crafted around this very concept - so be prepared to be blown away by our ‘Chef’s Feast’ using fresh, seasonal, local produce.

Menus are seasonal and produce is locally sourced from independent suppliers where possible. Some ingredients are harvested from our garden at the winery. If you would like a tailored experience, our chef is available to chat about the menu. Catering available for 50-150 people.

DRINK OPTIONS

Swings & Roundabouts has a comprehensive wine list available for your wedding. Regrettably, no wines from outside wineries are permitted. However, you can bring your own beer.

All wine is purchased on consumption (by the case); with a 20% discount on our retail Cellar Door pricing.

For 0-50 people there is a minimum spend of $750, for 50-100 people $1,500 and for 100-150 people $2,000.

Set up and drinks service starts from $40 per hour, per staff member. Staffing numbers will be dependent on the number of guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A maximum of 180 people2. Proceedings must not commence before 5:30pm, if so you may be

charged a venue closure fee.3. Proceedings must not continue any later that 12am.4. Venue hire includes, cleaning, gas heaters, generator hire, venue

furniture, glassware, crockery, cutlery and use of our portable toilets.5. If you spend over $6000 venue hire is free.6. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and credit card details is

required at the time of your booking.7. Payment for finalised food and beverage packages will be required

3 weeks in advance of the wedding date, all other items including service charges will be required the following day.

8. Staffing will be at Swings & Roundabouts discretion, depending on numbers and individual needs. There is a minimum of two drinks servers per function.

9. Only wines from Swings & Roundabouts are to be served and to be chosen prior to the event. Any wines left in a case can be taken home.

10. As per the requirements of our liquor license, our staff have duty of care to serve alcohol in a responsible manner and hold a current RSA.

11. Alcohol free alternative beverages must be made available to guests. These are supplied by Swings & Roundabouts on a consumption basis.

12. Catering must be supplied from Swings & Roundabouts, chosen from our food packages.

13. Decorations may be displayed on the day of the event and must be removed by 10am the following morning.

14. Any damages or breakages by your guests will be added to your final invoice.

15. It is a requirement of our liquor license that we supply portable water. This will be supplied from Swings & Roundabouts.

16. Swings & Roundabouts takes no responsibility for any damages or loss of guests and external suppliers property, before, during and after the event.

17. At the time of confirmation you will be required to complete and sign the Event Booking Form, stating that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
