Wedding Tastings

Wedding tastings are available at lunch timeon Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays. Oneweeks notice is required for bookings. Tastingpayments are to be made in cash at the timeof the tasting. Please note that some foods aresubject to availability.

Bride and Groom Photos at the Lake

$50.00 Buggy fees hire for bride and groomphotos at the lake, if required. Bridal partyphotos are able to be taken on the short

course and you are more than welcome to

have amily photos around the club house.

Responsibility and Damage

The client is responsible for the conduct ofguests and indemnies the venue o all costs

and expenses, damage and loss caused by any

act made by the client or clients guests.

Security Bond

Lake Karrinyup Country Club reserves the rightto request a security bond payable 14 daysprior to the unction to cover any potential

damage that may occur. Costs o any damage

that occurs on the premises during the event

will be deducted rom this bond or unctiondeposit. I no damage occurs the deposit will

be oset against ood and beverage costs.

Conrmation o Booking

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is requiredin order to conrm your requested unction

date. Conrmation cannot be assumed until

a deposit is received and House Membershipform is returned and approved. Please notethat it may take up to 6 weeks for approval tobe granted.

House Membership

A House Membership is required in order tohold a unction at Lake Karrinyup CountryClub, which lasts for a period of up to 12months and a fee of $100 shall apply.

Final Conrmation

All nal unction requirements including

minimum number o attendees are to beprovided no later than 10 days prior to theunction date, however numbers may increasewith sufcient prior notice.

Cancellation PolicyWritten notice is required to cancel a booking;all deposits are non-reundable. In addition tothe above, cancellation 0-14 days prior to theunction date will attract a penalty equal to40% of the estimated food component of yourunction.

Dress Code

Lake Karrinyup Country Club enorces a dresscode. Please refer to the House Membershipform or our website (www.lkcc.com.au) for fulldetails.

The Committee requires that a suitablestandard of dress be observed at all times. Theollowing guidelines have been prepared, and

must be regarded as the minimum standardsacceptable. The Committee reserves the rightto set the dress requirements or specic

events. Smart Casual is appropriate at all times

A short or long sleeved buttoned shirt (notpolo) with hard collar tucked into tailored

slacks with appropriate street shoes. Jeans,T-shirts, cargoes, thongs, board-shorts, etc.are not acceptable under any circumstances.

Please note that these dress standards apply

to all o your guests, as well as any contractors(photographer, DJ, live band) you may havehired or your private unction. It is the duty o

the house member to see that their guests and

they themselves adhere to these rules andthereby maintain the required standards.

Pricing

Function packages are reviewed annually.The pricing of the function will be determinedon the date in which the unction is booked.All pricing is subject to change and is inclusiveof GST.
