Your ceremony & reception options BEACHES EVENTS AND FUNCTION ROOM Beaches Events and Function Room is a large dedicated events and functions venue overlooking the landscaped gardens and sand dunes of Seven Mile Beach. This venue is perfect for an elegant cocktail reception up to 150 guests or a sit‐down dinner for up to 120 guests. Venue Hire: $1,000.00
BEACHES RESTAURANT This small boutique venue, perfect for a private and intimate reception of up to 50 guests. This is the perfect venue for a winter wedding. Venue Hire: $500.00 (exclusive use) Minimum Food and Beverage Spend $4,400. Existing Furniture Only. Alternative tables and/or chairs will incur an extra charge.

WHITE GUM LAWNS Opening up from the function venue the White Gum Lawns is the perfect space for larger weddings and ceremonies. BEACH WEDDING A Ceremony at Seven Mile Beach across the road needs to be approved by Parks and Wildlife. Ask our team for further details. BEACHES SUGAR BUSHES COURTYARD Beaches Courtyard is a private courtyard available for Outdoor Ceremonies. Hire of this venue include chairs to form an aisle, clothed signage table, main powers (subject to location) for PA’s or music. After your Ceremony you and your bridal party are free to use our extensive grounds for your photos or you might choose to slip over to the beautiful Seven Mile Beach for your beach photos. Accommodation
Standard Apartments The self‐contained one, two and three‐bedroom standard apartments are well‐appointed for a comfortable holiday in Hobart. Apartments are beautifully furnished and feature an ensuite bathroom, LCD televisions, wi‐fi, in‐house movies, open plan living area, washing machine and dryer, dining and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Three‐bedroom apartments are two‐storey. Deluxe Apartments One, two and three‐bedroom Deluxe Apartments are decorated with landscape photography of Tasmania by local artist, Wolfgang Glowacki. Apartments are equipped with an ensuite, private fully enclosed courtyard/balcony, LCD television, wi‐fi, in‐house movies and fully equipped kitchen. One‐bedroom Deluxe Apartments boast high architectural windows and a raked ceiling to capture a sea of light all day. The two and three‐bedroom apartments are two‐storey. Grand Suites The spacious two, three and four‐bedroom Grand Suites are an architectural statement, boasting an open plan design, beautiful living areas and stylish furnishings. Quality amenities include fully equipped kitchen with island bench, LCD televisions, wi‐fi, in‐house movies, Bose® surround sound system, heated lighting in all bathrooms, plus spa bath in the master ensuite. There is a fireplace in the three‐bedroom Grand, while the four‐bedroom Grand offers the ultimate in privacy and comfort with a large outdoor area and Jacuzzi. Presidential Suites The luxurious two and three‐bedroom Presidential Suites are as welcoming as the sensor lights that leap into action on your arrival. They are fitted with beautiful wooden floorboards set off by rich earthy décor, stone finish benchtops and unique 3D Earth Art. Kitchens are equipped with modern, quality appliances including stainless steel fridge and freezer, convection microwave and Smeg oven and hotplates, toaster and kettle. Wi‐fi, in‐house movie. There is a separate dining setting, an ambient fireplace and a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The three‐bedroom Presidential Suite also features a gas barbecue in the courtyard.

PLATTER OPTIONS Gourmet sandwich/baguette, cheese platters, fruit platters on request. BUFFET Offering a variety of different options for guests to choose from, your own personal chef carving your meats. ALTERNATE DROP/A LA CARTE Choose from alternate drop where your guests are alternately dropped meals you have chosen prior to your reception, or al la carte, your guests choose from the menu from a 3 course meal. WEDDING CAKE Choosing your wedding cake as dessert? Our chefs can cut and serve your wedding cake as dessert and serve it with Chantilly cream or ice‐cream and berry coulis for $4.50 per person. Additional Information
PAYMENT A non‐refundable deposit of $500 is required upon confirmation of the event, along with a refundable bond of $500. Payment of the event must be made within 14 days of the event. Cancellation charges will apply accordingly. Final numbers for your event are required within 14 days of the event in writing or email. MENUS AND PRICING Menus and pricing are subject to change. A cakeage fee of $4.50 applies when cake is plated and served as dessert to your guests. Unless otherwise specified. MENU TASTING A menu tasting can be arranged with your wedding coordinator six to eight weeks prior to the wedding. The usual duration for a menu tasting is one hour. This is complimentary for the bride and groom. MENU SELECTION The final menu selection for food and beverage items must be confirmed with your wedding coordinator no later than 30 days prior to your event. Requests for changes thereafter are subject to the chef’s discretion. FOOD All food consumed in function rooms, restaurant and function areas must only be that which the hotel has provided (Wedding cake is an exception). BEVERAGES Beverages not supplied by Beaches are not permitted on the premises. In accordance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy, we reserve the right to refuse the service of alcoholic beverages to any guests who are intoxicated or under the age of 18 years.
