The Beach Bar Civil Ceremony and Reception

Allow the Mediterranean Sea to become part of your ceremony. This breath taking venue is a beautiful way to begin your new lives as one. A Perfect location for a civil reception of 20 – 40 guests and a casual venue for a BBQ or Buffet.

For private use of the venue after 15h00 the cost is Euros 450.00. Children are welcomed at the Beach Bar.

The Honeymoon Corner for a Dinner Reception

Make the most of the balmy evenings, this superb cliff location with wonderful views of the sea. Ideal for a romantic dinner under the stars. The corner accommodates up to 40 guests.

Venue fee is Euros 350.00. Children over the age of 12 are welcomed as guests

The Psari Seafood Restaurant Terrace With its panoramic views over the Mediterranean the terrace is an idealistic setting for an al fresco wedding lunch or a chic candlelit dinner under the moonlight. The terrace can accommodate a small reception of 10 to 40 persons.

For private use of the venue, the extra supplement is Euros 350.00 up to 18h00 After 18h00 and up to 00h00, additional Euros 650 .00

Our wedding cakes are made to your requirements, including the color scheme of your choice. Wedding Coordination For all hotel direct bookings, a Wedding Coordination service fee of €300.00 is charged. We will make all necessary appointments for you with the Town Hall, assist you with the legal requirements, and when possible, we will accompany you to the Town Hall to present your

paperwork to the marriage officer. We will make arrangements, in consultation with the Bride & Groom, for your Flowers,

Cake & Photography. On the day of the wedding we will decorate your tables to your requirements, oversee the

wedding ceremony and ensure a seamless transition over to the Banqueting Team.

Accommodation

Truly pamper your guests in accommodation synonymous with the elegance and grandeur befitting the inimitable event. Room reservations are handled by the Reservations Department, which can be contacted by calling 00357 26 88 1500 or emailing at [email protected]. Guest rates are available at a 10% reduction and the room categories are: Double Sea View rooms which are 25sqm in size and consist of a bedroom, marble bathroom and a balcony with Sea view.

The One bedroom suites are 52 sqm in size, consisting of a spacious bedroom, “hers” and “his” marble bathrooms, living room and a balcony with sea view.

More room categories are on request. Room rates include breakfast and are per room per night. Advance deposits are required for all room reservations in the amount of one – night stay. In the event of a cancellation, 7 days prior to the arrival in order to receive reimbursement of the entire deposit. Children over the age of 12 are welcomed.

General Information

1. Provisional Bookings for all events are held for 14 days. 2. A deposit amounting 30% of the pre-booked functions is required to guarantee the reservation. 3. If a cancellation should occur 90 days prior to the date of the event, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. 4. If a cancellation should occur 60 days prior to the event, 70% of the deposit will be forfeited. 5. If a cancellation should occur 30 days prior or less to the event, the deposit is non refundable due to the loss of business reserved. 6. All food and beverages prices are inclusive of service charge and VAT. 7. All prices are indicated in Euros. 8. The Management reserves the right to amend the prices without prior notice.
