IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The HOTEL will serve you up to 10% in addition to the minimumguaranteed attendance or a reasonable number of persons over themaximum as agreed upon between PATRON and the HOTEL. It isunderstood that additional persons served above the minimumguarantee will be charged accordingly. The minimum guaranteedcovers would have to be paid regardless of lesser number ofattendees.

PATRON hereby agrees that in the event cancellation is madewithin two (2) months before the scheduled function, all sums paidto the HOTEL shall be forfeited in favor of the HOTEL or if a nodeposit agreement has been made, a fifty per centum (50%)cancellation fee based on the minimum guaranteed attendance shallbe charged to the PATRON. A 100% noshow charge shall be imposedin case of nonappearance on the day of function. Cancellation shallbe effected by means of a formal letter submitted to the HOTEL.Clients agree to pay P10, 000rescheduling fee for every change offunction date to cover loss business and expenses of the Hotel.
