Staff (Attachment VIII, page #16) – Dennis Beltz will serve as Our Savior Lutheran Facility Manager and starts on November 30th.

LCEF – Loan approved by congregation unanimouslyOther - Officers on the MLC can be signors for financial business of OSL.

Staff – new policy in regard to full time employees being on the Mission Leadership Council. Will vote on this Dec. 17th meeting.New custodial job description will be in place next month.Deed of trust on the land that a member purchased for OSL.

Jr High Sundays 9:00 -10:10 - 30-40 youth each week Room has worked well, a little small for 30+kids, warm with that many people in there Discussing with staff possible other rooms we can use on a Sunday.

4 groups - 20-40 youth a week o Confirmation – 46 youth in 1st year group and 35 youth in 2nd year

Pastor Lee, Pastor Ryan and Christine rotate teaching and working with small groups 22 guides for 10 groups

Starting Check In system instead of attendance sheets – going well o Fundraisers –Pies, Donuts Lenten Meals

No homemade donuts due to no outlet, Selling HyVee Homemade Donuts weekly - $60-$150 profit weekly

Parents Day Out December 9nd 12-5pm – many people didn’t pay Pie Sales Oct 15-Nov 4 – Earning over $4000 Envelope Fundraiser in the month of March – Large display in The Point

We plan to push this Fundraiser for one month, request no other fundraisers during this month Youth Ministry for 2019 will do all Lenten meals and Easter Breakfast
