Xplore Our Savior
XPLORE OUR SAVIOR has something to offer two year olds and their parents through grade 6. Register online at www.oursav.org or in the Church office, from there we will be off on a spiritual adventure! INTENTIONAL TRANSITION May 1 grade four will visit RM 56, while
sixth grade visits Transform 3:18 (Jr High). This gives the kids a chance
to get a feel of what the next grade level will be like. This will help with
the intentional retention of kids within the church, as they make the
transition from grade to grade.
LAST WEEKEND OF XOS, SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR THE SEASON May 15, but will resume on September 11! THIRD ANNUAL VBS PHONE-A-THON will be June 1 from 6-9pm. Join in the Fun, Food, and Fellowshop! Make phone calls or receive a phone call on June 1st! Important event for acquiring OSL’s VBS Team!

Wall of Helping Hands! Register in the Church office.
VBS FOURTH OF JULY FLOAT the month of June. Everyone, including the kids, are invited to join in the building of the VBS 4th of July float. Call Eric Neemeyer at (402)750-6952 for details. RIDE THE VBS FOURTH OF JULY FLOAT July 4th meet at 9:30am at our float on the south side of the VFW. Parade starts at 10:00am. Wear your VBS T-Shirt! Sign up in the Church office. DECORATE LUTHERAN HIGH NORTHEAST FOR VBS the week of July 18th. Sign up in the Church office. “CAVE QUEST” VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL July 25-29 from 6-8:30pm at Lutheran High Northeast. Follow JESUS the light of the world! Up to 300 kids are expected to attend creating the need for over 100 volun-teers.
I WELCOME AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO JOIN THE VBS TEAM! There are a large, large variety of ways to serve for this Children’s Ministry event. Serving as a family at Vacation Bible School can be a memorable experience too! This is a great, week long, opportunity to teach your older children how to serve others. Your give does not have to be working directly with the children. There are opportunities for building, painting, security guard, technology, crew leader (guide), music/band, parade float, crafts, cinema, games, babysitting, making and serving supper, mercy meals, decorating, drama, directorships, and more! Let me know what gift God has blessed you with. It will be awesome to see all ages of Our Savior rally around this opportunity to serve!

VBS FAMILY SUPPERS OFFERED 5:15-6:00pm July 25th-29th at Lutheran High Northeast. Can you help serve a meal? VBS SALES T-Shirts and CD’s each $6.00. Purchase in the office or the hallway. While supplies last! VBS CLOSING PROGRAM Fri July 29 at 8:00pm. Wear your VBS T-Shirt! VBS CLOSING CELEBRATION WILL BE A FREE VBS POOL PARTY AND BBQ ! Saturday, July 30th from 5:30-8:00pm at Liberty Bell Park and Pool. Event is for the entire family, NO registration is needed. FREE VBS POOL PARTY AND BBQ CELEBRATION To complete our week of VBS there will be a free BBQ and Pool Party Celebration at Liberty Bell the evening of Sat July 25 5:30-8:00. Camp Luther has a new tiered payment plan in which you get to choose which of three prices works best for your family financial-ly. They also have a NO child turned away policy, early bird discount, second child in family discount, financial aid, and OSL has camperships to make sure financially your child can experience church camp. Try camp. Your child will LOVE it!! 9th—12th Grade can sign up to be camp counselors for just $50 a week!!
