MISSION TRIPS

LVR in Colorado working with Bethesda Lutheran Ministries is

July 22nd-28th working to provide a camp experience for handi-

cap adults. Look for more information outside the youth room

and the registration deadline is February 1st. There are only 10

spots open!!! Male and Female Adults needed!!!

Xplore Our Savior XPLORE OUR SAVIOR SUNDAY SCHOOL (XOS) Our Savior would like to work together with you in pointing children to Jesus. We offer something for two year olds and their parents through grade six. Reg-ister in the church office on Sunday or during the week.

THE PRE-KINDERGARTEN CLASS On Sunday mornings you will find loving hands guiding the Pre-Kindergarten room. Sixty-seven children are registered for Pre-Kindergarten; keeping Amanda Schultze, Denise Rios and Mindi Kohout busy welcoming children into their classroom. Upon entering the morning has just begun! The children go to the puppet room to sing and participate in a drama that explains the Bible lesson, and then back to their room for snack, games and an activity. Please continue to pray for this team, that they would be blessed by being on the XOS Ministry team, and that they would continue to be a blessing to the Pre-Kindergarten children and their families.

UPDATE ON BUILDING

Construction is well underway at our new facility. Please pray for the safety of those who are working on our new facility. We are working on plac-

ing two-time lapse cameras in the construction zone. We will then load the images onto our web site so you can see the progress that is being made.

2017 is quickly coming to a conclusion, and this may be the time of year that you are considering a special year end gift. “The Point Me” campaign

would be a perfect place to make your donation. All additional monies given to the “Point Me” campaign will go towards the completion of the

traditional sanctuary.

If you have not had an opportunity to fill out a “Point Me” pledge card, please consider doing so now. Cards are available in the back of the room in

the FLC, in the Narthex, or outside of the church office. If you have already filled out a card now is the time to begin fulfilling your pledge.
