� The standard business flows and Fusion functionality will serve as the base for the

implementation.

� The timeline of project is assumed counting from the time that the Fusion HCM Cloud

system is provisioned.

� In the Cloud deployment model, two project environments are available: A sandbox

and a production environment.

� Application customization, UI personalization, custom reports and BI objects

development, historical data uploads and integration with other systems are outside

FSO. All these can be performed as additional services.

� Single Sign On set-up is not included.

� Organizational Change Management will be Client’s responsibility.

� Training is based on generic training material, delivered using a classroom based

train the trainer approach in a single location with a maximum of 10 attendees.
