Baked Macaroni & PrawnsGive an old favourite like macaroni an inspirational twist by adding prawns. Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

1 sachet Knorr Macaroni & Cheese – Cheese & Bacon flavour 310 ml water 15 ml olive oil 175 g mushrooms, thinly sliced 50 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 125 ml milk 30 ml margarine 4 leeks, sliced and cut into pieces 175 g prawns, peeled Salt and pepper to season

Instructions

1. Mix the contents of the Knorr Macaroni & Cheese sauce sachet, the pasta, milk, water and margarine together and bring to the boil

2. Simmer for 8–10 min stirring occasionally until cooked 3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the leeks, mushrooms and prawns 4. Mix the pasta with the leeks, mushrooms and prawns 5. Place in an ovenproof dish 6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top 7. Bake at 180°C for 25 min or until golden brown

Cheese, Smoked Ham, Spring Onion & Mushroom PastaServes 2 | Preparation Time: 2 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

1 x 130 g packet Knorr Cheese, Smoked Ham & Mushroom Pasta & Sauce 4 spring onions, chopped 375 ml water 150 g smoked ham, chopped 30 ml margarine 125 ml milk

Instructions

1. Place the milk, water and margarine in a saucepan and bring to the boil 2. Add the contents of the packet and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring

occasionally 3. Stir in the chopped ham 4. Simmer for a further 5 minutes and add the spring onions 5. Remove from the heat, cover and stand for 2 minutes

Ingredients

1 x 254 g box Knorr Mince Mate Three Cheeses 300 g chicken, cubed 800 ml hot water 1 bunch spring onions 200 g bacon, diced 15 ml oil

Instructions

1. In a large frying pan, fry the chicken and bacon in oil 2. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800 ml hot water, and the uncooked pasta and

bring to the boil 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally 4. Stir in the chopped spring onions

Chicken, Butternut & Feta LasagneServes 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

1 box Knorr Chicken Lasagne Mate 250 ml feta cheese 400 g butternut 500 g chicken breasts, sliced 1 onion, chopped 15 ml oil

Instructions

1. Empty the contents of the cheese sauce sachet into a jug, fill to 400 ml with boiling water and stir for 1 min

2. Cube the butternut and microwave in a little water on high for 7 min 3. In a large pan, brown the onion and chicken breasts in oil 4. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 600 ml hot water, butternut and pasta to the

chicken 5. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min 7. Pour into a 2-litre oven dish 8. Pour cheese sauce over and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese 9. Grill for 10 min or bake for 20 min at 180°C

Ingredients

1 box Knorr Chicken Lasagne Mate 250 ml Cheddar cheese 200 g corn kernels 15 ml oil 500 g chicken breasts, sliced 1 red pepper, sliced 1 onion, chopped

1 sachet Knorr Beef Stroganoff Cook-in-Sauce 3 ml crushed chillies 250 g pasta, cooked 1 tomato, chopped 200 g prawns 15 ml oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed Fresh dill to garnish 3 ml crushed ginger Zest of 1 lemon 500 ml milk

Instructions

1. In a frying pan, heat oil and add crushed chillies, garlic and ginger and fry for a couple of seconds

2. Add prawns and stir fry for a minute 3. Add tomato and lemon zest and stir through 4. Mix sachet contents with 500 ml milk and add to the prawns 5. Simmer until the sauce has thickened 6. Toss together with cooked pasta and garnish with fresh dill

125 ml milk 30 ml margarine 250 ml sour cream 2 smoked chicken breasts 125 ml fresh breadcrumbs 310 ml water 1 box Knorr Macaroni & Cheese – Cheese & Chicken flavour 10 ml curry powder 150 g broccoli, broken into small florets 125 ml Cheddar cheese, grated

1. Mix the milk, water, margarine and the contents of the Knorr Macaroni & Cheese sauce sachet and pasta and bring to the boil in a saucepan, then simmer for 8–10 min

2. Combine the sour cream and curry powder and season with salt and pepper 3. Cut the chicken into thin slivers and mix with the broccoli and cream mixture and

macaroni and cheese 4. Spoon into four ramekin dishes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake

Greek Lamb Pasta

Ingredients

1 x 500 g bottle Knorr Unbelievable Bolognaise Cook-In-Sauce 400 g lean lamb mince 400 ml boiling water Nutmeg to taste 25 ml oil 1 x 38 g sachet Knorr Classic White Sauce 10 ml ground Cinnamon 1 onion, chopped 200 g macaroni 2 egg

Instructions 1. Fry the onions in oil until tender, add the meat and brown 2. Add the Knorr Unbelievable Sauce and cinnamon 3. Simmer on low heat for 20 min 4. In a jug, add the boiling water to the Knorr Classic White Sauce, and stir until

thick 5. When cool, whisk in the beaten eggs, season with nutmeg 6. Cook the macaroni and drain 7. Grease a casserole dish and place the macaroni in it 8. Top with the meat sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon 9. Pour the white sauce over to cover 10. Bake for 40 min or until firm
