The OGX CEEDer will assist MCVP OGX in educating and giving training to LCs in order to optimize and enhance oGCDP matching processes and quality delivery.

knowledge v. KMS – creating information sources (matching portal, guides & Wikis) vi. Weekly report to MCVPs vii. LC-MC Co-ordinator viii. Take part in MCs meeting, training to LCs & Summit ix. Cy-Cy partnership co-ordinator (assist MCVP)

Job Description Market research: i. Physically conduct market research in Siem Reap for interest of University, Student,
Student club/association and feasibility to capitalize from these stakeholders for TMP.
Expansion Initiative: i. Co-raise endorsement from potential university(ies) to conduct info session and EB
(or TMP) recruitment ii. Co-raise partnership with potential student association(s)/club(s) for info session
and EB (or TMP) recruitment iii. Deliver induction/training/coaching to recruited-EB about: i. Deep understanding of AIESEC (History, Way, 2015: BHAG & 3 Wheels) ii. Expansion stage, mission and criteria needed to be fulfilled iii. Deep understanding of functional knowledge (Strategy, Operation(s) and Synergy) iv. Understanding available support (Expansion Team, MC, Conferences) v. Understanding their opportunities to learn and growth vi. Other: Leadership, Team management, Strategic thinking, GTK WHY In case, we plan together to have Team Leader and Member under the expansion EB: i.
