Application Guidelines Guidelines for Application Questionnaire:

1. The application package is divided into 3 parts:

- Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Page Limit: 1)

- Application Questionnaire (Page Limit: 5)

- Endorsement from the LCP of your current entity (Page Limit: 1)

2. Your application will be rejected if the page limit for each section is not adhered to.

3. Deadline: 23:59HRS IST Tuesday (17th February). No extensions will be granted.

4. The package uploaded must be named : Name _ LCName _ NST

5. “The General Questionnaire” and “AIESEC and YOU” sections are compulsory for all applicants. The specific questionnaire should be filled only for the respective portfolio roles.

6. Candidates may choose to apply for more than one role.

Guidelines for Submission:

1. The application package containing all the parts must be named in the format (Name _ LCName _ NST)

2. The podio webform - https://podio.com/webforms/11156209/787058 must be filled and the application package must be uploaded on the same.

3. The application package must not be submitted by any other means (Email etc)

4. All files in the application package must be in PDF format.

Things to remember: 1. There is no right answer to the questions asked in the questionnaire. The application is to understand you and what

you bring to the table for each role. 2. We encourage you to speak to MC members, Commission members and also refer to outputs of National

Conferences/Summits for better understanding during the application process.

NOTE: Submitting the application does not necessarily mean that the candidate is selected for an interview. Interviews will be conducted based on need /according to the portfolio.

• - Its April, I only have 21 EPs out of which 11 are matched. Our goal for summer was 50 experiences. My VP

Marketing is in exams till mid may and cannot contribute majorly at this point to any new campaigns. Out of the 650

ORS registrations that she got, we could only convert 9 EPs to raises (which is included in the 21 EPs). We have

permission from Finance to invest upto Rs. 40,000 & I have 3 TLs + 12 TMs. What do you think I should do/focus on?

This individual will be responsible for understanding the demand and supply of EPs and TNs between the growth networks and AIESEC India. This individual will be responsible for developing the relations between the particular country and AIESEC India. He will also be responsible for maintaining healthy relations with potential partners in his/her growth network. This individual will pilot processes to customize our strategies according to the requirement of the country concerned.

In the future, These individuals will also be Regional Project Coordinators for implementation of Regional projects across the entity.
