Dear applicant,
Congratulations for opening this booklet! You have made the first step towards a great and powerful experience that is being part of AIESEC Latvia’s National Team.
On behalf of MC Latvia 14.15 I have a great pleasure to release more NST applications for term 14.15. We count that you will strive with us together to make AIESEC in Latvia a better and stronger entity. As Gen2015 we are driven by purpose, striving for change and higher results. We believe that the true power of our entity lies in its people. Based on that only with YOUR support and engagement we can reach our ambitions and achieve our goals. This document is created in order to give all the information you might need for filling the application form. If you have any doubts or any question, please ask anyone of the MC Team.
v Supporting MC and LCs towards national strategies planning and implementation.
v Cooperate closely with MC responsible in order to develop and run operations in certain field during the term (whole or half of the term). In the application form you can find specific role and responsibilities of National Support Team in each functional area.
v Accountability and reporting to the MC responsible. v Research and development of certain functional area. v Enhancing MoS realization of AIESEC in Latvia. v Continuous communication with the MC and LCs and other involved
stakeholders. v Participate in national projects and events (not obligatory for internationals). v Participation/facilitation at the required national conferences. v Representing AIESEC Latvia in global network.

v Research on touristic websites about Latvia v Create a brand to promote Latvia as a destination v Create promotional material to promote Latvia and iGCDP Projects (pictures, videos, booklets…) v Weekly meeting with MC VP ICX v Alignment of promotional with global wave and timeline v Post on social media promotional material v Send material to cooperations and track the promotion in their side to get applicants for Latvian

NST Country Branding and Promotion Manager is the one responsible for creating together with MC VP ICX a global campaign to promote Latvia as an attractive destination. This project aims to help the matchability of Latvian opportunities as well as improve the global positioning of the entity among the network.

Responsibilities:
v Understand AIESEC Online Registration System and how to direct its information to our online website and database
v Understand AIESEC’s Global Information System and how to implement its API tool for specific products and services
v Understand how to use the Opportunity Portal and properly integrate it to our national website v Understand how to run internal (HTML/CSS parts) of our national website to make sure it looks and
runs professionally v Be available to fix any kind of error or problems within the back-end system including server and
hosting bugs (advanced HTML/CSS knowledge required) v Provide coaching to newies on how to work with the online platforms and the systems provided by
AIESEC
