Role and Job description

Entity Operations Manager Role: •  The role aims at bridging gap between the

two entities by helping us understand the reality and need of your entity and help create and manage the quality and quantity of operations between the two entities.

•  The role also requires one to have a strong understanding of the culture and trends of there entity.

•  The role demands 24- 26 hours in a months and living a virtual team experience with NSTs from India.

•   Job role

•  Facilitate Co-delivery with NST

responsible in India by help in creating of resources for preparation and communication.

•  Provide entity understanding and align Timelines for products and programs.

•  Develop specific project/ product based on both entities reality.

•  Track and manage standards of delivery between entity.

•  Create a communication channel between India and the your Entity.

•  Travel to India on a ceed.(selection based on entity preference )

•  There are two local committees X and Y from two different AIESEC entities. GCDP OGX of LC ‘X’ has a partnership of 20 EPs with GCDP ICX of LC ‘Y’. Realization cycle for both the LCs is December. Please draft a basic co-delivery model for a successful partnership delivery.

•  Pick one program (GIP/GCDP) that you believe your country has the maximum potential to grow with India and relate it with the 2015 goals of your entity.
