Freeholder 0yon said( A lot was tal+ed about #on#erning trans*aren#y&n the wor+ session agenda, there are many items that #an only be dis#ussed in#losed sessions su#h as *ersonnel issues, labor and #ontra#t negotiations&ne of the .uestions was about our #ontra#t and in one of our *ubli# wor+sessions what we agreed to do was to release the amount of money that is beingnegotiated and settled u*on, whi#h our administrator did earlier and then weagreed that be#ause as with Somerset they ha/e already made their settlement*ubli# due to the fa#t they /oted yesterday and that we would *ut a lin+ on
