can’t believe I had to scrap
snow off my car this morning -madness!
It has been a busy week of
recruitment this week as we
add to and strengthen our
team ready for September. It
was wonderful to be able to
interview a number of internal
candidates for posts and see
how they have grown over the
last year, their botheredness
was apparent in abundance
as was their understanding of
what makes great teachers
and teaching! Our annual X
Factor event took place on

2016 X Factor winners being presented with their awards from Mrs Coen
The X Factor final was held on Wednesday 27th April with over 40 acts
entering the process this year. With 12 acts in the final the competitionwas tough. The X Factor winner for 2016 were as follows -
Winner - Ash & Alfie (Year 8) 2nd place - Alishia (Year 11)
3rd place - Georgia (Year 7) and the prize for Best Producer of the
evening - Abigail (Year 11)
