1. The service
Vdocuments.site provides free online file converters and viewers that run in your web browser. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Free use
The tools are free for personal and commercial use. You may use converted output for any lawful purpose. No account is required, and we do not impose daily conversion limits.
3. Your files and your responsibility
Files are processed locally on your device; you retain all rights in and responsibility for your files and the output produced from them. You agree to use the tools only with files you own or are authorised to process, and not for any unlawful purpose — including converting material in a way that infringes another party's copyright or other rights.
4. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. File conversion is inherently imperfect: formatting, fonts, images or embedded objects may be altered or lost, and some files (for example DRM-protected ebooks or corrupted files) cannot be converted at all. Always keep your original file and verify important output before relying on it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vdocuments.site and its maintainers are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site or the tools, including failed or inaccurate conversions.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool, or the site as a whole, at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the version posted on this page at the time of your use is the version that applies.
7. Intellectual property
The Vdocuments.site name, design and original text on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be copied in a way that implies endorsement. All trademarks and format names mentioned (including Outlook, Windows, Apple Pages, WordPerfect and Kindle) belong to their respective owners; Vdocuments.site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
