About this EML to PDF tool

An EML file is a single email saved to disk — the format Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Windows Mail and most email clients produce when you export or drag out a message. EML is great for archiving, but awkward for sharing: the recipient needs a mail app to open it, and it prints badly.

This converter parses the EML file in your browser — sender, recipients, subject, date and the message body, including quoted-printable and base64 encoded content — then builds a tidy PDF you can archive, print or forward to anyone. Attachments embedded in the email are listed and can be downloaded separately.

How do I save an email as EML?

In Thunderbird, select the message and choose File → Save As → File. In Apple Mail, drag the message to the desktop. In the Outlook web app, open the message, click the three dots and choose Download.

The PDF contains the email headers and body. Embedded attachments are extracted and offered as separate downloads so they keep their original quality and format.
