BBBs regarding the temporary retailoutlets that suddenly show up in ourneighborhoods this time of year. Thosecomplaints range from issues aboutunclear return and exchange policies toproducts that are damaged or havemissing pieces. Some customers saythat when they go to return a product

or express a grievance, they find thestore is packed up and long gone.

Here is what you should keep in

mind when shopping at pop-up stores:• Check the company’s business

review with the BBB at BBB.org.• Buy from companies that have

been around long enough to have aclear track record.

• Stores with a spotty past maychange their name from year to year.

Additional clinical data from properlydesigned clinical trials with adequate sample

sizes are still required before it can be known towhat extent LANAP (Laser assisted newattachment procedures) are safe and effectiveacross the spectrum of patients with chronicperiodontitis.”
