see how your vehicle survived the winter.

Spring is a great time to make thoserepairs, check those fluid levels and seehow the winter has treated your tires. Yourtires are something you can check andmaintain, even if you aren’t mechanicallyinclined.

The first thing to do is check the pres-sure. You should do this every couple ofweeks and before road trips. If you don’tcheck your tire pressure on a regularbasis, spring is a good time to start.

First, you need to determine the rec-ommended PSI (pounds per square inch)for the tire. This can be found on the tire orin the owner’s manual. To check the pres-sure, you will need a tire gauge. Mostpressure gauges you can buy today are

digital and easy to read. Unscrewon the tire stem and put on the gauge. If it reads “35 psi,” that m

Festival City Symphony will conclude its2014-2015 “Symphony Sundays” seriesthis season with a concert titled RussianFestival on Sun., May 3, 2015, at 3 p.m. atthe Pabst Theater, 144 East Wells Street.
