HOW WE DO ITACCESS GLOBAL TALENT- Through the AIESEC International online member database system (www.aies.ec) , we have access to different talents and qualifications across the globe . So AIESEC committees in different universities work to gain partnerships with local corporates and SME’s. They then advertise internship opportunities in the global market. This way students from abroad get the opportunity to work in our local companies. By doing this we also provide the local corporates and SME’S access to talent force from the global market .COMMUNITY BASED PROJECTS – We initiate the community based projects as a way of giving back to the society and cultivating a culture of social responsibility among students. After coming up with projects we assign leadership roles to our members to oversee the projects . We also give international students from abroad who are willing to volunteer the opportunity to come and give back to the Kenyan society.INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM- We offer our long term and short term members over 7500 internship opportunities in international markets. We also offer our members opportunities to do volunteer based projects abroad.AIESEC CAREER FAIRS, CONFERENCESAND LEADERSHIP EVENTS- enable organisations to access some of the mot proactive undergraduates studying in Kenya whilst contributing to the students personal and professional development
