What is the Global Leader Program?

The Global Leader Program at AIESEC UNSW allows students to work behind-the-scenes at AIESEC, in running and managing the organization. The members of the GLP are the driving force behind AIESEC, working to bring AIESEC’s products and visions to reality. In line with AIESEC’s mission for leadership development, the Global Leader Program is designed and carried out so as to maximize your personal and professional development from your experience, and is a unique opportunity to contribute  to a global organization.

How the Global Leader Program is Structured

AIESEC UNSW consists of 6 different portfolios, and a Local Committee President. Although each portfolio may be structured a little differently from each other, each individual portfolio will have a Vice President, and most portfolios will also have one or more Team Leaders. Please refer to the diagram below for more information on our organizational structure.
