Good day guys, its' week five of uni and

I know some of you are working really

hard with assignments and tests, while

maintaining your performance in

AIESEC well. Kudos to that. but let's

take a break. The thing about to

happen in AIESEC can make you

forget all the stress and get you

jumping around. Yeah, you will

welcome AIESEC new members next

week!!! Woot!

RTF and the

EB have come

to the final

process of

recruitment, in

which

induction for

newbies is on

Saturday 31st

March.

Five weeks of recruitment is not a long

but also not short period of time for all

of us to realize our own strength and

weakness. With lots of sweat, body

painting (maybe even blood), our local

committee have achieved an

outstanding result which exceeds all

goals, and ranking number two in

Australia for the number of applications

so far. I have the best RTF leader and

her team, but without the support from

the whole LC, we couldn't have attained

this milestone. So thank you all of you

for your BIG efforts. I really appreciate

that!

If you would like to come to

Induction just to have a chat with the

newbies, or to see their faces going

extremely confused when we do

AIESEC dances, or even add to the

madness of the room by shouting your

lung out AIESEC rollcalls, feel free to

contact me and I will sort that out with

you. We are

trying to

organize

some

bonding

activities

after

Induction,

so you can

join us there

as well.

Could be a

good

opportunitie

s for you to get to know new members

earlier and easier.

In any cases, I want to see you guys

give the fullest support and the

warmest welcome to new members

when they starting their AIESEC

experiences.

So, that's it for the update. Thanks

VPMAC for allowing a little precious

corner of our awesome newsletter for

me. See you guys this Saturday, if not,

LCM next week!

Ciao!!

ATTENTIONS

LCM- What not to be missed? "Global Newsss" comeback- you will be updated with the HOTTEST news around the world last week. Portfolio updates - get up-to-date deets about what other portfolio is up to in AIESEC. This could explain your age-old questions why you've seen Vivienne hanging out with 2 boys Dong and Utze too much lately in the library. Yeah, they are not dating!!! Recognition - see your faces enlarged 60x and applauded by people. Yeah, why not? You could be the one who receive recognition this week. Quotes of the week - Your well-anticipated session of LCM. I have been working hard to sneak in AIESECer's conversation to show you these priceless and hilarious quotes so STAY TUNE! Introduction of Buddy System - very important, you will be pairing with new members to guide them through the first few weeks of AIESEC. More info to be updated on the spot. Emotional Intelligence/New member etiquette/LC culture revised - A very interactive learning hub that you get to understand the correct manner to treat other people, in particular AIESEC newbies and get deeper (really deep, like skin deep) understanding of what culture AIESEC Curtin is having. You will show this culture to new members next week, so it's super IMPORTANT!!! And there is one secret, which is crazily COOL by the way, which will be revealed during LCM as well. So COME, and enjoy the show!!

Registering today for TMP (Team member Programme), or

TLP (Team leader programme). Then apply for your role in

the portfolio that your VP has created. This is VERY

IMPORTANT as you are in a team on myaiesec.net, you can
