Associate Engineer – Mobile Delivery Assurance/Evolved Packet Core (MDA/EPC)
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for PS Core Mobile Data Network capability, assurance of services on
2G/3G/4G mobile coverage and supports Major Network Service Integration.
In Charge of GPRS Core Nodes such as SGSN/GGSN/DNS/MME/EPG/DEA systems’
operation and maintenance, users’ accounts control, authentication monitoring and KPI
measurement of systems.
Responsible for Corporate Customers’ complaints, M2M, Mlink and consumers’ APN
troubleshooting.
Provide inbound/outbound customers’ roaming assurance, verification on stability and
tests scheduling of BDR partners’ networks with Singtel Mobile.
Co-ordinate with supervisors to perform engineering evaluation on core network and
documented PS Core operation procedures, PS Core Network Diagrams, restoring and
backup procedure of system nodes.
