Adding results is quick and easy from the gym feed, where results are posted. Everything is always saved to your personal journal. For all recurring workouts (strength and benchmark workouts) you see nice progress charts. This allows you to quickly see where you’re heading, and how fast.

Build community

Commenting and discussion is in the heart of WODconnect. You can comment on a result or the workout and get notified if someone replies to you. You can cheer your training partners for their achievements and they will cheer yours. Again, this gives a huge motivation boost.

We have seen that gyms using their feeds actively are gyms with great community spirit. Taking the communication also outside the gym makes the community stronger, and gives members a possibility to communicate with other members that don’t visit the gym at same times.

Coaches see a comprehensive picture of their members’ training levels in the gym feed, but also at an individual level. Coaches have the right to access your journal and see all the same information about your workouts, activity and progress.
