Sharing artisan cheese boards with quince jelly, fruit chutney, crackers & grapes. £18 per table of 10 people.

Pressed poached salmon, classic prawn
cocktail with Avruga caviar, beetroot
chutney & spelt bread croute.
Rosemary crusted brie, beetroot
chutney, herb & salt baked beetroot

with spinach & mature cheddar, soufflé

Lyonnaise, baby leeks & fennel hash,
