The impressive features of this dual-fuel cooker include
a hot-plate of five cooking zones with rapid response
elements; a superb ceramic grill; two large fan ovens,
with all doors cast in aluminium for lightness and

The Stanley Supreme: Tradition and Innovation
After preparing vegetables, heat oil in a flameproof casserole dish; then add chicken pieces, browning gently in the hot oil. Sprinkle over the flour, adding onions, leeks and carrots. Continue to cook, allowing the flour to colour slightly for approximately 3 minutes. Then add stock and bring to the boil. Finally, remove from heat, cover and transfer to preheated oven, and cook at 180 degrees. Cook for approximately 1 hours (or until chicken is well cooked), and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Mouth-watering.

1 2 3 4 51 THE SLOW COOKING OVENNo range stove would be complete without a Slow Cooking Oven: slow cooking adds superb flavour to your food, creating results that are simply not possible with a conventional oven. The Supremes Slow Oven is thermostatically controlled for superior results, with a slow setting of between 110 to 120 degrees Celsius.
2 GENEROUS, FIVE BURNER GAS HOBThe Supremes hotplate is truly first-class, with five distinct cooking zones, each with rapid response elements. Offering versatility and complete control of the cooking experience, its features include a full-length fish burner and cast-iron supports throughout. The Supreme is available in both Natural Gas and LPG models.
3 ADVANCED CERAMIC GRILLWe are particularly proud of the Supremes high specification ceramic grill. With virtually instant response and an option to grill on full or centre-only settings, the grill is also entirely separate from the main ovens.
4 PROGRAMMABLE FAN OVENAt the heart of the Stanley Supreme are two independent, fully automatic fan ovens. For total precision, the left-hand oven is fully-programmable and thermostatically controlled. Its sophisticated timer can be set for automatic control cooking, stop time only and minute minder.
5 INDEPENDENT FAN OVENThe second of the Supremes independent, fully automatic and thermostatically controlled ovens, this oven has an equally large capacity. Like the left-hand programmable oven, features stay clean liners and five distinct shelf positions.

The Supreme is dual fuel, with electric ovens and gas hobs for the ultimate cooking performance.
Using an old-style fish-kettle, poach a whole Salmon on the Supremes tailor-made hot plate. First prepare liquid in which salmon is cooked the court bouillon. Place ingredients into a saucepan cover and simmer on hob for 30 minutes, strain and add wine. Reheat to boiling point. Weigh salmon and calculate the cooking time allowing 10 minutes per 450g (1lb) for a fish weighing up to 2.75kg (6lb), then 6 minutes for each extra 450g (1lb). Place salmon in fish kettle on hot plate, and add court bouillon. Bring the liquid to simmering point and keep this temperate throughout the cooking period. Cook salmon for time calculated.

Delight your family and friends with delicious grilled kebabs, cooked to perfection on the Supremes Ceramic Grill. Prepare kebabs by dicing meat into large cubes. Blend oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the meat with the seasonings, and add oil and vinegar.
Then put a piece of meat on the skewer, add a vegetable piece, another piece of meat, and continue, alternating vegetable pieces and meat. Cover and refrigerate skewers for at least one hour before cooking. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice and brush the skewers just before cooking. Grill to taste, brushing with oil and lemon mixture a couple of times while cooking.

Programmable Fan Oven - Roast Leg of Lamb
Few dishes will ever compete with Roast Leg of Lamb; a favourite forgenerations, and the Supreme is unsurpassed when it comes to yourfavourite Sunday roast.
And preparation is simple: Pre-heat programmable fan oven to 180 degrees. Pierce the leg of lamb with a small knife every 3-4cm or so, placing a piece of garlic and stick of rosemary in each insertion. Season with salt and pepper, rub in some oil, and place in a roasting tray. Allow 20 minutes per lb of meat; remove and leave to rest for 10 mins before carving. Serve with baby roast potatoes, fresh peas and mint sauce.

Sieve flour into a bowl; then rub in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add oat flakes and half the sugar, arrange half of the prepared fruit in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with remaining sugar, and top with remaining fruit. Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruit, and cook until fruit is soft and topping is golden.
