MAXIMIZE YOUR USE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE
Do you need to update your desktop computing skills to be working e�ciently and productively? Do the people on your team have the computer literacy and
level of skill required to complete their daily tasks? The St. Lawrence College Centre for Corporate Learning and Performance Improvement works with
individuals and organizations to increase user con�dence and improve their application of the Microsoft O�ce programs.
Our approach to upgrading computer skills involves the following key factors:
HANDS-ON LABSWe deliver classes on any of our three campuses, or at your place of
work. We can also arrange to have our mobile labs set up wherever
your training is taking place. Workshops can be an hour-long
refresher, or a full-day immersion and can be delivered during work
hours, evenings or on weekends.
ABOVE ALL, SERVICEOur account managers and instructors have years of experience working with corporate and government clients. Their focus is to deliver programs that
meet identi�ed training goals. Our success is measured by your organizational performance.
COST EFFECTIVENESSTraining costs are minimized when customers take advantage of St.
Lawrence College’s existing infrastructure (computer labs, instructors).

re�ect their daily tasks, to increase relevance and the transfer of
knowledge. Workshops unfold step-by-step, and instructors apply a
variety of teaching methods to ensure a successful and positive learning
experience.
RESOURCESOn-campus computer labs (Mac or PC) are available, as well as a
mobile computer learning lab that uses the latest technology and
enables each participant to apply what they are learning, with the
support of their instructor.
