Led staff of 15 personnel.- Deployed and supervised Morale, Welfare and Recreation for 2,500 Airmen. Directed fitness, retail, library, and recreation facilities in support of contingency operations.

Dining Facility Assistant Manager, Kunsan Air Base, Korea Jan 1998 – Jan 1999- Supervised 25 military and civilian members. Ensured purchase, storage and preparation of meals for 2,500 military members.- Led renovation of condemned building/trailers to provide safe, clean feeding facility during remodel of dining facility. Fed 2,500 with equipment designed to feed 500.

Technical Instructor, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas Oct 1993 – Jan 1998- Developed and taught Air Force Fitness Fundamentals course. Wrote, validated and instructed course for fitness specialists Air Force wide.- Co-developed and taught Air Force Cycle Ergometry course. Trained members Air Force Wide to administer and manage program.- Created mobile training team to travel worldwide to teach the Fitness Fundamental and Cycle Ergometry courses. Taught all active duty as well as Guard and Reserve units.

Fitness Specialist, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida Apr 1990 – Oct 1993- Managed intramural sports program for base. Sports included softball, basketball, volleyball, football, and racquetball.- Directed set up and administration of base cycle ergometry fitness testing program.
