Here are some facts about me…. I was born on December 27th 1988 at Rouge Valley

Centenary Hospital located in Scarborough, Canada.

I am the last of 5 children.

I finished my Secondary Education at Archbishop Denis O’Connor, where I played soccer (4 x AAA L.O.S.S.A. Champions), basketball (2 x AAA L.O.S.S.A. Champions), and football.

Currently, I am a student at Durham College studying Business Marketing.

I am a young entrepreneur, my business is called “Flight School Clothing”. Partnering with 2 friends, we make custom clothing for people who have their own ideas and want to be unique.

My GoalsShort-Term Goals:

I would like to get my diploma from Durham College then later furthering my education at York University to get my MBA of Business Administration.

Long-Term Goals:

I would like see Flight School Clothing as a well known established brand.

A great way to keep in contact with friends and family

When I am planning an event I usually post it on Facebook sending invites to my friends to promote and get a good idea on the RSVP numbers

Facebook Facebook allows you to create a fan page for a person or

company. This page can be controlled by multiple users that the creator has allowed to be administrator making it easy for all of us involved in the company to monitor the page.

I currently have a fan page for Flight School Clothing on Facebook that shows our contact information, background information, and is being followed by 1,169

Post upcoming events affiliated with my clothing line or the community.

Post Inspirational posts, test market new products, advertise upcoming promotional deals to followers, and display photos of our clothing and back our brand with celebrity endorsements.

Instagram This network is for the purpose of sharing photos and

gathering likes and follows from people who enjoy the pictures you have shared.

I use this social network for personal/business use which is locked to only be viewed by my friends through my settings stopping unwanted viewers from seeing my page.

On my profile I post pictures of clothing promoting my companies designs like an online catalog to for potential customers to check out and possible order.

In addition, I post pictures of myself showing my everyday life. These pictures might vary from places I have visited and meals that I have eaten to photos of my friends and family or something of interest.

KeekKeek allows me to upload videos through my

phone or computer expressing myself or showing something that is of interest to me.

Sometimes I post discussions about subjects that interest me and request response videos to get feedback from other users .

Blogger – is a blog-publishing network, where users have a place to post a blog. These blogs are the users own personal thought on any subject on a daily basis. Blogs can vary in sizes. Through your settings you can control who can see and who can comment on your blog postings. Also you can share photos of interest on your blog page.

What are the purposes of these sites?

Facebook – is a good way to stay in contact with friends and family. It allows you to see current and old pictures of your Facebook friends. People can search for other Facebook users that they might know by typing their real name or user name. On this network, user’s are capable of posting statuses, photos, create/join and invite friends to events and groups or even play games with friends online. With this being said there are privacy settings that allow users to keep their profiles private and protected from unwanted visitors. I think that everyone should utilize this tool because a lot of people share personal information that they should protect from unfamiliar people.

Instagram – is an entertainment site used for photo-sharing, where users can follow and like photos that others have posted. These photos you upload can be put through 19 different filters that adds an effect and changes the feel of the picture. Even though this site can be accessed through the computer Instagram is mainly for smartphone users. Just like the famous Twitter on Instagram you can put hashtags in your photo. These will lead you like-minded pictures from other Instagrammers. Instagram also has a privacy setting that allows you to receive a request when someone wants to follow you.

Keek – is a free social network that enables its users to upload a 36 second video status called “keeks” through either smartphone or webcam. In reply, other keek users can “keekback” text or video comments and share videos on other profiles. There is an option to share videos with other social networks. Like Instagram and Facebook users can follow or subscribe keek users if they like what they have been posting. The settings on this site allows you to monitor the traffic on your page and to control who is able to comment on your keeks.
