Opportuni es to (a) socialize with fellow parishioners and (b) get a quick bite to eat before going upstairs to the church for Sta ons of the Cross are also features of these suppers. Grace Before the Meal will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. sharp and then “soup’s on!” All are welcome!

STEPHEN & PADUAN MINISTRY They are YOUR Ministries

Our Stephen and Paduan Ministers made 11 commun-ion visits, 4 Elder/Sick Care visits, and 1 Stephen Ministry visits this past week. We pray that we have helped to bring God’s love and peace to His peo-ple in need.

Our Prayers Our prayers are always answered. A close, prayer-ful relationship with God will bring answers – if we ask. Please remember too that we have Ministers at Saint Michael’s that can help you through diffi-cult or lonely times in your life. Our Stephen and Paduan Ministers will pray and support you as you look to God for help and answers.

Our Stephen and Paduan Ministers are available for our parishioners - to visit the sick; the elderly; and bring Communion. Please contact us if you need us – 732-483-0360, Ext. 120.

The Rectory Office will be closed on Mon-day, February 15th in observance of Presi-dents’ Day. Daily Mass

and Confessions will be at the usual 8:00 a.m. time.

The blue St. Vincent de Paul en-velope for February was unin-tentionally omitted from the last delivery of St. Michael's envelopes. We apologize for

this error and suggest you pick up a St. Vincent de Paul enve-

lope in the back of the church and put it with your contribution in any February collection. The St. Vincent de Paul Society will be send-ing letters acknowledging contributions of $50 dollars or more for the year 2015. Those not re-ceiving a letter may request one by calling the office or by sending an email to [email protected].

Dear Lord, as we enter this Solemn and Holy Season, we pray

that you would send your Holy Spirit upon us that we might prepare our-

selves for these coming 40 days of Lent. Even though we may no longer wear sackcloth, we do seek to hum-ble ourselves so that we can under-

stand the magnificence of Your Love for us as You humbled Yourself and gave Your Life on the Cross that we

might receive the gift of Eternal Glo-ry with You. Amen.
