TRANSCRIPT

Following instructions for your Acupressure Therapy Foot Mat will ensure the best experience and results. Before using the Acupressure Therapy Foot Mat, make sure there is an evenly flat surface with NO slope. The Mat can be placed on carpet, tile or hardwood floors. The mat has 1594 total acupressure micro-acupoints and has a maximum weight capacity of 550lbs (250Kgs). You can wash the mat easily with soap and water then air dry

Magnets

There are a total of 10 embedded magnets on the Acupressure Therapy Foot Mat. All the magnets are the same in size. Each magnet is specially and ergonomically placed along the Foot Mat to provide effective therapy. We have highlighted the series of magnets with color coordination to help you with foot placement on the Foot Mat. Blue and red series have 4 magnets, which are designated to be used for the right and left foot. Red can be used for the right and blue can be used for the left, or vice versa. The two green series in the center can be used if you desire to use only 1 foot with only 2 magnets.

If at first the acupressure points feel too prickly or uncomfortable, that is because you feet are not yet used to the acupressure therapy for your feet. If this is the case, we recommend wearing socks before stepping on the Mat to get used to the acupoints. You can also try sitting down at first then placing your feet on the Mat. Once you are comfortable sitting down, you can gradually start standing straight up on the Mat. The duration of Therapy completely depends on the user. We recommend at first standing on the mat 10-15 seconds to see how it feels on your feet. It all depends on how comfortable you are with acupressure acupoints. Once you are comfortable with the acupoints, you can gradually increase the time period. An effective time on the Mat is 2-3 minutes standing straight up.

Beginners with Socks

Arches

The arch of the foot is the area that usually needs most attention when it comes to feet aches and pain. The Mat has been ergonomically designed with a curve to mold around the arches of the foot. To effectively use the mat for the arch of the foot place one foot on the blue series of magnets other foot on the red series of magnets.

Heels The heels of the foot can be placed on any corner of the Mat, with or without magnets. For magnets, start by placing one heel on the edge where blue series begins or ends and the other heel on the edge where the red series begins or ends. You can try putting your heels on the second magnet if you feel more comfortable like in shown photo.

Toes

Therapy for the toes is similar to therapy for the heels. Place one foot on the edge magnet of the blue series and place the other foot on the red series. Place your toes over the magnet, or you can just place your toes on the complete edge of the Mat where there are no magnets. It is completely up to the user.
