Make sure your contact information is updated on Eagle Alert at my.unt.edu. When UNT is closed for bad weather, Eagle Alert will send you an email, a text message, or a phone call so that you will know immediately when UNT is closed for bad weather and you won’t have to travel to campus.

If school is closed for bad weather, all students are responsible for keeping up with assignments on Blackboard. Just because the school is closed doesn’t mean there aren’t assignments due for class.

“My IELI” All IELI students are automatically enrolled in the new Blackboard course “My IELI.” This is where IELI will be able to communicate with all IELI students by posting announcements, weekly memos, important messages, and surveys. Be sure to check your “My IELI” Blackboard course every day to make sure you are up-to-date on everything going on in IELI and with UNT. If you have any questions about “My IELI” or Blackboard, visit the multimedia lab, MARQ 338, and the lab assistants will be able to help you.
