Open from Memorial Day through Labor

Day, the Family Pool is the place to be during

the summer months. Kids can enjoy the white

sandy beach to play and make sand castles,

as well as pool basketball, pool volleyball,

foosball, ping-pong and much more. Adults

can relax or read poolside on the cozy chaise

lounges, or beneath an umbrella for shade.

kids will love, and includes arts and crafts projects, indoor half-court basketball gym, sports activities, pools, game cube, Playstation 2, Wii,

skee ball, air hockey, board games, books and more. Hourly child care is available for children under the age of five.

Whether your child is experiencing the water for the first time and needs encouragement

and nurturing in basic water safety techniques, or your child has swimming experience

and needs development of water skills and stroke refinement, our swim instruction

team is here to help!

Lessons are available during June, July and August, and are handled by appointment

with our seasonal swim instruction team. Swim instruction is offered in Private, Semi-

Private and Group settings – all by appointment.

Las Colinas is part of our comprehensive, award-winning Golf Resort. The 18-hole,

par-70 course measures 7,166 yards from the championship tees, and recently received

a major redesign that now offers a new layout that challenges professional golfers and

welcomes recreational players.

Whether one-on-one, with a partner or for a corporate group, guests will receive strategic guidance from a team of golf experts. Rates start at $110 for a 50-minute session. Golf Fitness EvaluationHave Golf Fitness Expert Brad Davis take you through an evaluation specifically designed to analyze the motions needed to make a proper golf swing. In addition, guests will receive a summary of comparison to Tour Players who have been assessed, personalized golf fitness handicap and an individualized 18-session workout program designed to fit the needs of the evaluation results. $250 per person.

Short Game EvaluationGolfers are evaluated in six different areas – distance, wedges, chip shots, bunker shots, pitch shots and long and short putting. The individual’s handicap will be established in each area and then combined for an overall short game handicap. A game plan for improvement is delivered at the end of the one-hour evaluation. $175 per person.

The Sports Club offers comprehensive sports activities and facilities including racquetball,

international squash courts, group exercise classes, jogging tracks, pools and a half-court

basketball court.

Guests can enjoy cardiovascular and weight-training equipment as well as a wide range

of daily group exercise classes. In addition, there are four swimming pools including a

25-yard (23 meters) indoor heated lap pool. An indoor and an outdoor jogging track and

extensive landscaped lawns complete the picture.

Private Fitness InstructionPersonal instruction and coaching for many activities including personal training, yoga, pilates and golf fitness.

Rates start at $75 for a 30-minute session and $125 for a one-hour session.

Note: Children ages 12 and under are invited to use the basketball court, racquetball and international squash courts, indoor pool and outdoor pools if supervised by an adult.

kicks off with a Friday night Grill N’ Chill buffet and Dive In movie by the Family Pool. Saturday,

June 30, our Independence Celebration festivities begin with all-day activities at the Family Pool with

1. Lions, Tigers and Bears, Oh My!—Get ready to bond with thousands of animals at the oldest continuous zoo site in Texas. Founded in 1909, the Fort Worth Zoo offers education programs, hands-on interactive attractions, a petting corral, a rock climbing wall, a carousel and a real train. Kids can also experience Summer Zoo Camp, which includes nine weeks of exciting themed adventures for children from age three through sixth grade, from fun crafts to wild excursions.

2. Take Me Out to the Ballgame—America’s favorite pastime is located just minutes down the road from Four Seasons. The Rangers Ballpark at Arlington is home to the American League Champions, the Texas Rangers. Catch a game with the whole family and let the kiddos run the bases when they join the Jr. Rangers Family Club!

3. Dallas World Aquarium—Explore the rain forests and oceans with the Dallas World Aquarium’s amazing exhibits, featuring exotic birds, marine wildlife, reptiles, mammals and different ecosystems. The kids will enjoy the special feedings for penguins, otters and sea turtles and more.
