Application Process
Dear applicant,
Receive our warmest regards from the EB Higher and the M&M Team 2011-1, it is very important for us to know that you are seeing this and are thinking of applying. And we want to congratulate you for taking the challenge of applying to whichever position you’re thinking on occupying. And for us, you’re already a winner.
The process of application to be part of EB Higher’s staff and form part of the OUTSTANDING M&M team of AIESEC EAFIT will be the same for all applicants and it’s divided in 4 parts:
1. Motivation letter of maximum 1 page that explains in a clear and concise way how has been your AIESEC experience and what are your personal, professional and AIESEC motivations that you have to apply for the position you’re applying for.
2. Interview with the L C P , V P o r LTT Chair.
In the application package, you will find a modifiable format that you will find useful at the time of filling the application, however, keep in mind that you’re free to use any format or tool to put your ideas for the application, as long as they keep the same information. Nonetheless, you have to submit only one PDF Document to: [email protected] named like: M&M_Team_Name_LastName.PDF (i.e. M&M_Team_Ana_Saldarriaga.PDF)

Position: OCP Global Village

Responsible for leading the Organizing Committee for Global Village. To plan and execute one of the most important events of Public Relations of LCs around the world, defining strategies that will guarantee the assistance of the target market to the event and its sustainability

Open Cultural Event
Position: OCP Open Cultural Event
Accountable to: LCP
Team: 4 Members
Duration: August 25 th 2011 – November 31 st 2011
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for creating an open event to increase awareness about other countries culture, society, economy, etc. Using the experience of returnees from these countries to engage universities, students and members in a global learning environment and increase positioning.

Internal Recruitment
Position: Internal Recruitment Manager
Accountable to: VPs OGX

DESCRIPTION
Responsible for promoting inside members the opportunities to go on exchange in winter. Support the strategies established by AIESEC XP Manager for to highlight the importance of living a complete experience in the organization and to prepare with him the preparation and execution of the R&R strategy.

Position: Exchange Coach

DESCRIPTION
Coach and track EPs before and during their X experience. Sharing about their experiences and keeping them connected with LC home.

• Keep constantly in touch with EPs about their internships. • Connect EPs with LC reality • Tracks EPs Internship- Design a tracking tool • Coach EPs on any needs they have during their internship • To make strategic planning with VPs OGX. • Design a satisfaction survey looking to evaluate the EP’s internship quality experience • To select a team to work with it. • To create a team on myaiesec.net and develop a learning plan for your members. • Document all the activities (KM)
Projects Design
Position: Projects Design Manager
Accountable to: VP M&C
Team: 3 Members
Duration: August 25th 2011 – October 31 th 2011
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for adapting the GCPs (Good Case Practice), seeking to improve the processes that run in each of the functional areas according to the LC reality. If the project has a relation with ICX area, you must have constant communication with the Marketing ICX Manager to assess the appropriateness of their planning. The choice and number of projects to structure depend on the scope thereof.

Consumer Profile
Position: Consumer Profile Researcher

DESCRIPTION
Make a psychographic and demographic analysis of the students to know what kind of experiences they look for when going away from exchange, ie, investigating the causes that motivate a student to live an international experience.
