President Elects Training is here to help you manage risk and get ready to lead your club

So What Can You Expect from the District? 1. We are here to help your club be the

best it can be… that is our mission

2. We want to connect you to the resources and the new ideas - you do not ever need to feel like you are alone in this

3. We will challenge you during this training and throughout the coming year to take actions that will help to lead your club forward

What Do We Expect of You as President Elect

1. To bring some passion to your role and your club -get excited about what could be done!

2. To not accept the status quo… every Rotary club needs to change!

3. Find people to help you -give them specific roles to play or better yet… ask them what each person is willing to do to help you!

4. To connect with clubs in your area, with your assistant governor and with all the volunteers who are giving of their time to help you!

5. Do not expect perfection!
