On the Sidewalk BleedingPLOT COMIC STRIP ASSIGNMENT

Instructions: After reviewing the PLOT DIAGRAM and the parts to a short story, create a PLOT comic strip that illustrates the PLOT in the Short Story On the Sidewalk Bleeding, by Evan Hunter.

Criteria:

● Each panel must have a narration or description explaining a plot point (Introduction, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, Conclusion)

The Rising Action must be represented by three points of plot and the Falling Action by two points of plot.

● At least 3 quotes from the story incorporated into speech bubbles or thought bubbles. You may use more.

● Each panel must have a written explanation of what is going on in that particular point of the plot and a visual representation.

● neatly presented and well thought out (you will have class time Tuesday and Wednesday after silent reading to work on this-so bring any necessary materials to class.
