between the way teenagers are perceived by society and the way they really are???

Teenagers as unique… While 13- 19 year olds are all described

as teenagers, teenagers are unique, no two teenagers are alike…

Teenagers have different ideas, beliefs, values, opinions, appearance, dress style, music style, etc., etc….

Think about the differences between you and your classmates…

While teenagers are unique… Texts often represent the teenagers they

focus on as being ‘typical’ teenagers…
