176 person facility operations and maintenance organization and managed a $3 million

budget to accomplish multi-faceted maintenance and minor construction projects supporting

826 facilities and 5.2 million linear feet of utilities including electrical, mechanical,

in daily operations and maintenance of structures (including doors, windows, framework,

heaters, natural gas distribution, fire suppression systems and components, oil/water separators,

grease traps, drain/waste/vent systems, sewer collection systems, wastewater treatment plant
