Driving the VoE Experience

Protection of (personal) data and save-guarding the respondent’s identity is more important than ever, especially for sensitive feedback projects in the VoE space. Employees not only need to be able trust that their feedback is being kept confidential by their employer; they also expect a feedback solution to support this technically, from A-Z.

To meet this demanding need in the Employee Experience space, we have completely overhauled and significantly enhanced the way Questback Essentials treats confidential feedback and allows our customers to work with it!

Our new ADVANCED HIDDEN IDENTITY (AHI) features:

▪ Minimum threshold that needs to be met for feedback and responses to be displayed in reports.

▪ Options to set strict limitations when it comes to accessing raw data and/or individual answers.

In addition to AHI being available as an optional setting for all users in an account, Questback supports flexible and powerful options for organization to define and get their own account-wide default settings for AHI (*), e.g. AHI activated per default for all designer users, with a min. threshold of 8!

Questback Essentials is the feedback platform of choice for organizations with de-centralized business users for local and ad-hoc DIY surveys that should be combined with centralized control, content quality assurance and guidance.

Our approval process meets and supports such corporate needs directly in Questback Essentials!

▪ Designer users work locally and have the right to create own surveys, which they need to submit first for approval before they can publish and distribute them.

▪ Super users typically work in a central role and receive the approval requests to review the draft survey. If all quality requirements are met, the super users approves the survey so that the designer user can publish it.

Besides the approval process, the flexible multi-user setup of accounts in Questback Essentials support cross-team sharing and cooperation, and offers secure data storage of all feedback initiatives across the entire organization, with Questback as certified and approved vendor.

By the way, did you know? We continuously listen to our customers, and actively include their suggestions in our R&D roadmap. The approval process, like many other elements, is the result of such customer-driven and co-operative development!

Asking the right question to the right person at the right time is one thing, but it does not stop there! Questback focuses on giving respondents superior survey experiences.

In our brand new THEME MANAGER, our customers can create their own themes for surveys, emails and report, for a complete DIY branding of all their feedback activities, with own logos, fonts, colours and background images.

In the theme manager, all user can also define their own default settings, and share their themes with other users, to support cross-team collaboration.

Following our efforts to strengthen the corporate profile of Questback Essentials, the responsible users can set account-wide default themes, and even de-activate the standard Questback themes, to ensure consistent branding of all feedback activities of all users in an account.

In addition, all survey themes are by default, set to responsive and adjust automatically to the size of the screen. Responsive not only means that the width is adjusted: response buttons are increased as well to be touch-screen friendly and matrix questions are broken down to a vertical alignment to avoid horizontal scrolling.

Focus on Individual Responses

We aim to offer a feedback solution that goes beyond static feedback collection and reporting. Our response grid under “Follow-up” is an integrated part the regular workflow, and allows our customers to see all relevant feedback data in one view, and to initiate target follow from there:

▪ Flexible selection of data: our response grid is fully customizable and the users are free to select which feedback data (columns) they would like to have displayed, incl. sorting and export options.

▪ System data: the grid allows now to select and display an extensive list of system data for each response together with the answers and uploaded background information, incl. a unique responseID, the response time, the response language, the device type used and many more.

By the way, did you know? With follow-up, we also mean that we give you full control and full flexibility to work with your individual responses.

As such, you have the full right to review, edit, comment and delete selected responses, as well as the export them with a one-click export to Excel directly to your desktop!

Exports beyond the usual formats

Questback Essentials of course offers a wide range of export options for all reports.

▪ “Summarized Reports”, with system generated charts and tables to the formats PowerPoint, PDF, Word and Excel. Charts are added to PowerPoint, Word and Excel as editable elements and not as pictures.

▪ Raw data exports are supported to CSV, SPSS and Excel, both with numeric and text coding.

▪ Report metadata includes the link to our dashboard-inspired LiveReports

▪ Full support for batch export of multiple reports.

By the way, did you know? As part of our efforts to provide you full support of all feedback received, we include the special export type “all answer forms”.

It collects all individual responses and lists/displays them as “receipts” one-after-the-other, in the same file (Word or PDF).

Once exported, you have all receipts collected in one place, for further external follow-up, processing and documentation!
