LOFTThe Tip Top Tailors Building which is

now known as the ‘Tip Top Lofts’ is

a former 1920s industrial

building which has now been

converted to condominium lofts in

Toronto, Ontario. Inside this loft you

can feel the organic

environment both indoor and

outdoor. This design is a timeless

industrial open concept loft, which

demonstrates a pleasant

combination of brick, wood, and

metal. The industrial style of the

loft has an utter lack of pretense,

salvaged utilitarianism, and has

exposed architecture.

CABIN KITCHEN

This cabin kitchen renovation

design project was for a private

owner who wanted her kitchen

to be completely renovated. She

planned on demolishing the

entire kitchen and updating it to a

more modern look while

maintaining the cabin feel. Exposed

wood beams were used which

accented the clear site lines to the

grand windows, allowing

natural light to come in which will

no longer be blocked by

pre-existing cabinets. The kitchen

now has a fresh new look, which is

both functional for the client and

aesthetically pleasing.

TINYHOUSE

Growing in popularity over the

last decade, tiny houses are

popping up around the

country as more people decide

to downsize their lives. With a

total of 360 sq ft this tiny home

features a large glass window at

the front to give an open feel to

this rustic yet modern dwelling.

This shabby chic rustic tiny home

features a bedroom,

bathroom, and combined

kitchen/living room area.

Although it is a small space, it

has everything you need.

Located on Logan Avenue in

Toronto, the homeowner wanted

to take the house down and build

something new and fresh. As

second place winners in this two

person collaborative project, the

laneway home was designed to

have three floors with a rooftop

garden. The main feature is the

glass-incased courtyard that

begins on the second floor and

goes all the way up to the rooftop.

This provides lots of natural light

and fresh air into the home when

the top of the courtyard is opened.

This design allows the looks and

feel of the outdoors to come

indoors.

The WAVE hospital bedside

table has a sleek, smooth

design that provides both

stability and security. The

tabletop is locked securely when

the height is adjusted and with

the push of a button, the food

tray comes out smoothly when

desired. The WAVE provides

storage, which can be

personalized to a patient’s

desire. The WAVE is an

ergonomic, easy to clean

product. Aesthetically pleasing

and perfectly functional + more.

Located in Marrakech Morocco,

SHE is a friendly resto lounge

that is only meant for women.

A socially designed atmosphere

with a shabby chic interior. This

is a place so SHE can get away

and enjoy some great company

with great food & enjoying some

specialty wine. SHE is hungry,

SHE is thirsty, SHE is social, SHE’s

going to have a good time.

KITCHEN

My family’s home kitchen was designed specifically to our

needs and everyday life. The backsplash over the oven is the main focus. Shaped like

a mountain, the marble is like the River North Tyne that runs

through this brisk English market town, marble-like waves of dark gray and

black swirl about a backdrop of creams and light gray, a casual elegant feature in this

kitchen.
