� Responsible;Thepersonresponsibleforleadingtheproblemsolvingactivitiesfortheteam,usuallytheteamleader,

� Approval;Thepersonwhosigns-offatthevariousstagesoftheproblemsolvingactivities,usuallythemanageroftheteamorthepersonwhoraisedtheproblem,

� Support;Thepersonorteamwhowillsupport,provideinputandhelpcompletetheproblemsolvingactivities,

� Consulted;Thepersonwhoseopinionsaresought,typicallyasubjectmatterexpert(Smith,2005),

� Informed;Thepersonwhoshouldbeinformedofthefindingsandresultswhichcanbetheapprovalperson’smanager,and

� QualityReview;Thepersonorteamtoensurethesolutionsmeetqualityexpectations.TheproblemsolvingactivitiesaredefinedintoPlan,Do,CheckandAdjust(PDCA)stages;

� Plan;TheteamworksoutaPlantocollectdataanddefinetheactionstoresolvetheproblem.Thecollectionofdatahelpstodefinetheproblembaselineoftheproblemsothatwhenactionsareimplemented,theimprovementcanbemonitoredandthisdataprovidesaquantitativeevidenceofimprovements.ItisusualforteamstodefinetheTo-BestatewherebytheymaywishtodiscussthiswithConsultresources.

EachPDCAstagehasaCompleteswitchtodetermineifthestageiscomplete.AstagewillcloseaftertheCompleteswitchisonandthenextstagewillopentoallowforaddinganyinitialfindings.Tappingonthedisclosuretriangleafteritsnamewilltoggletheopenandclosingoftheselectedsection.

Itisusualforteamstouseadditionalproblemsolvingtoolslike“Brainstorming:,“5Whysand2Hows”or“CauseandEffect(Fishbone)”diagramstodeterminetheseactions.

RemovinganIssue Ifyouhavecompletedanissue,youmaywishtoremoveitfromthelistonyourapplication.Toremoveanissue,swipetheissuetotheleft(swipetodelete).Afterswipingtodelete,aDeletebuttonwillappearaskingyouwhetheryouwishtoremovetheissue(seefigure4).

definedinPDCA2GoSettings)thedetailsoftheselectedPDCAitem.Thebodyoftheemailwillcontaintheproblemstatement,raisedbyanddate,thefindingsoftheplan,do,checkandadjuststagesandanybeforeandafterphotoswillbeattached.

� CameraButton;ThisallowsyoutotakeorselectaphotofromyouriPhotolibraryasaBeforeorAfterphoto.TheBeforephotowouldshowtheissuetheteamareproblemsolvingtoresolvewhereastheAfterphotowouldshowthesolutionthatresolvedtheissue.

iCloudOptions TheuseoftheiClouddriveisonbydefaulttoenablethesharingofyourPDCAdataacrossyourmobile(iPadandiPhone)devices.TodisablestoringPDCAdataontheiCloudDrive,gotoSettings>PDCA2Goandmovethe"StoredataoniCloudDrive"slidertooff.Tore-enable,repeatthesameprocessbutmovetheslidertotheonposition.
