• AGENDA: THE AGENDA DELIMITS THE WORK SCHEDULE IN ISSUES.
• DATE AND RESERVATION OF THE ROOM: THE DATE OF THE MEETING SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE
• THE NOTICES TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN A REASONABLE TIME AND TO POLISH DETAILS LIKE NTERNET CONNECTION, SNACKS, RESTROOMS, AND SO ON.
DURING THE MEETING
• ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS: THESE TYPES OF CONVERSATIONS ALLOW THE DISCUSSION OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED AND HOW THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS PERCEIVE ONE TOPIC.
• ELECTION OF A SECRETARY: THIS PERSON WILL BE IN CHARGE OF FORMING A DRAFT OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING.
• SUMMARY OF ISSUES ALREADY COVERED: IF SEVERAL MEETINGS ARE HELD, DECISIONS TAKEN AT PREVIOUS MEETINGS MAY BE REVIEWED TO REFRESH PARTICIPANTS' MEMORIES.
AFTER THE CONFERENCE
• DISTRIBUTION OF THE NOTES: IT IS INDISPENSABLE THAT ALL THE PEOPLE INTERESTED IN THE TOPICS TOUCHED AT THE MEETING, HAVE ATTENDED OR NOT, RECEIVE A PHYSICAL AND A DIGITAL COPY OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING SO THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THE PROGRESSES WERE REACHED WHAT REMAINS PENDING AND WHEN WILL THE NEXT APPOINTMENT.
