What  is  Mindfulness?  •  Core  Practice    is  all  about  

Mindfulness  (“being  mindful”)    

•  Mindfulness  is  a  state  of  being  aware  of  your  own  mind,  at  any  given  moment  

•  It  means  to  pay  attention  on  purpose,  being  present  in  the  moment  Mindfulness-­‐Based  Stress  Reduction)
