Executive Chef Brian Whitmer welcomes you to the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa, home of our

farm and garden-to-table restaurant VINeleven. Fueled by his on-property organic Heirloom Gardens

plus a local network of artisan farmers, Chef Whitmer and his culinary team bring their passions and creativity to bear on all foods prepared out of his kitchen. This translates to the catering and special

events experience with restaurant quality food, excellent service, attention to every detail, all perfectly matched to every occasion.

Our menus are in tune with the needs of today’s social and conference event attendees, focusing on flexible options, healthier preparations, local and sustainably raised foods, dietary preferences and flavors

that wow with freshness.

Our unique location in the world famous Napa Valley affords us the opportunity to deliver a level of wine

and food experience for all catered and special events that sets us apart. Through partnerships with local wineries we are able to offer the “Napa Valley Experience” both in our flexible event spaces as well as

offsite at the wineries themselves.

Chef Whitmer also offers interactive, educational opportunities for event attendees with garden tours,

garden-to-table cooking classes, sous vide cooking instruction and hands-on cooking classes in his kitchen.

We have over 10,000 square feet of flexible event space inside with an additional 10,000 square feet in

our stunning outdoor spaces. Let us create a brilliant experience for your next important event!

In the Vineyards Food and Wine Experience

The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa can not only accommodate meeting and events on site, but also offsite. We have created partnerships with a number of wineries within close proximity to the hotel. Each

winery creates a unique experience for groups that we highly recommend. The “In the Vineyards Food and Wine Experiences” are priced per person. It includes a welcome glass of wine or sparkling wine, tour

of the winery, exclusive use of the winery after hours as well as wine paired with each dinner course.

The Experience

Executive Chef Brian Whitmer offers a totally unique

experience created around his 2000 –square foot organic Heirloom Gardens. Guests will be treated to hands-on

harvesting and education in the garden, followed by a

meal featuring those ingredients as well as other locally produced and sustainable foods. Wines are specifically

selected by Chef Whitmer to compliment the seasonal offerings. Chef Whitmer harvests from his Heirloom

Garden twelve months a year to supply his creative menus with organic lettuces, beets, artichokes, tomatoes, squash,
