Menu Selections and Service Styles To help you find the best service fit for your event.

Themed & All Day Break Services

Themed Break Services set the stage for festivity with themed foods . These breaks have a snack display time equal of 45 minutes.

The Enzian’s Continuous Coffee and Beverage Services are an easy, affordable, and satisfying way to extend leisurely hospitality to a day of scheduled offerings.

Our Ala Carte Menu extends value and flexibility. We offer fresh, house made bakery selections and trail mix. Or add healthy choices like fresh fruit, energy bars, and afternoon snacks.

Appetizer Service

A reception with hors d’oeuvres is a great way to begin an event or celebration. Choose from a variety of appetizer options to customize your event.

Twilight Specials

Twilight Special selections, like the Taco Bar, are a good selection in place of hors d’oeuvres, if an early lighter meal fits into your event schedule.

These specials are also a perfect dinner selection for bus tours, family reunions, retreats, or anytime a group returns to an evening session or activity.

Twilight Specials require that dinner be completed by 6:30 p.m.

Buffet Style Meals

Buffet meal service is our most popular style of service. Your guests will enjoy multiple choices for salads, entrees, sides and dessert.

Served Lunches & Dinners

For an event with a session or program, or for events with more than 160 persons, served meals facilitate your event flow most smoothly.

A single entrée selection will expedite service.

Please consider delaying the start of your program at least 15 minutes to allow our staff to serve efficiently and not be an interruption to your program.

Selection tickets, if needed, should be displayed at the guests place setting to help with serving and to respect your program without undue distraction or interruption to the program.

Dessert Buffets

Dessert buffets can be added to dinners for a small additional fee.

Beverages & Bar

All lunches and dinners include

*Iced water, iced tea, freshly brewed Fonte coffee and a selection of teas.

The Enzian Inn does not have an onsite bar/lounge. However we do offer several types of options for alcohol beverage service to customize events. Please speak with the sales coordinator for options.

Catering Policies and Considerations

These policies are structured to offer the best service for the group event flow, and personal guest service.

Banquet Service

With the exception of break services all Banquet Catering items are served on the fourth floor.

Minimums

There is a 30 person minimum for all lunch & dinner catering, themed and all day meeting packages.

“Ala Carte” Break Services and Lunches on the Go, do not require a 30 person minimum.

Hors d’oeuvres require a $300.00 minimum catering order, and include up to 1.5 hours of banquet facility use.

Additional Charges

Added to all snack, beverage services, and catered selections is an 18% gratuity, and 8.4% sales tax on menu selections and gratuity.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages for meals or snacks are not allowed.

General Catering Information

Attendance counts for All Day or Themed Meeting Packages and catering services are based on the total guaranteed numbers of attendees at the function.

Groups over 160 attendees, please request the Large Banquet Menu.

Complimentary Banquet use time is determined by number of attendees. Please discuss with your group sales coordinator.

Most Served Meals include Luncheon or Dinner Rolls.

All Buffets Services are displayed no longer than one hour.

Children under 6 years of age, as free. All other meals are at full price.

Special Diets

Considerations for special menu selections for vegetarian/vegans or food allergies:

* Our buffets are designed to provide selections for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten/dairy free diets.

* Our served meals offer a vegetarian selection also designed to meet special diets.

* Salmon can replace a main entrée, Top Sirloin Steak, or Mediterranean Chicken, with no minimum required.
