Manaswi Civibuild India Private Limited is a team of professionals having passion for

technology advancement in infrastructure. The team is a great blend of people experienced in

quality control, management and most importantly in civil infrastructure in general and

    splicing soluons in parculars.

The company is involved in manufacturing, Supplying and Execung a qualitave range of

    Mechanical soluons.

PRODUCT FEATURES: MCIPL BAR COUPLER is a threaded mechanical splicing system designed for the connecon of

concrete reinforcing bars from 12 mm to 40mm

BENEFITSFull tension splice: sasfying codal load requirement, Maintains full duclity of reinforcement,

MCIPL Bar Coupler fits all splicing requirement, Easy coupler installaon, Manufactured under

strict quality assurance plan, Full traceability of material origin and producon batch, Solves

bar congeson problem, No staggering of spliced bars.

Our VisionBuilding long term business relaons with our customers.

    Constant expansion and up gradaon.

    Connuous innovaon.

MCIPL BAR BREAKAR COUPLERS Also known as connectors, bar break coupler are primarily used to simplify the design and

construcon of reinforced concrete and reduce the amount of reinforcement required.

Bar couplers are designed to produce a full strength mechanical joint between reinforcing

bars, replacing the need for lap splices.

Of late, they are bring popularly used to join two or more machines with

    great perfecon.

Their low maintenance slim size, easy installaon, coupled with high

corrosion resistance and rigid construcon makes them an industry

    favourite.

Our couplers are taper threaded and type 2 available as per required

    specified tensile strengths of rebars.

The installaon of these couplers is easy and requires no forging or rebar upseng to achieve

    bar break.

    MCIPL BAR REDUCERS

Bar Reducer Couplers are also known as transion couplers. These are taper threaded TYPE 2

    couplers.

Designed with internally threaded sleeves with two right hand threads

both of which are tapered towards the middle of the couplers. These

coupler are available in different Sizes 12mm to 40mm.

These types of couplers are primarily used to join reinforcing bars of

different diameters given that one coupler can be rotated.

This enhance their ability to achieve failure loads up to 115% of the

characterisc strength of the smaller diameter grade 500 reinforcing bar.

MCIPL COLD FORGED SLEEVE Principles: Cold forged sleeve splice for ribbed Rebar ( Crimped Sleeve ).

By adopng the special pressing machine to press the coupler laterally, the steel coupler is

plascally deformed and combined closely with the deformaon rebar

and therefore, the splicing of rebar is realized.

Models and Features: Cold forged sleeve splice for ribbed rebar (

    Crimped Sleeve )

Crimper couplers do not require threading of rebars for installaon.

These are sleeves which are joined to rebars with hydraulic grippers and

can be installed in situ in bars having minimum centre to centre splicing of 150mm.
