Before we start…Make sure you have the Adobe Connect plug-in installed

To install the Connect plug-in• Go to the Help menu and select Troubleshooting• Automatic connection test will start (about 15-20 seconds)• Install plug-in if needed (does not need ICT Administrator/Help Desk access)

NOTE: Once you have installed the plug-in, you may need to re-enter the meeting room

Every time you enter a Connect meeting you should:

1. Run the Audio Setup Wizard

2. Set your Connection Speed
