PARISH SUPPORT INITIATIVE Many parishioners understand the need for everyone to par-ticipate in our Parish Support Program. At Blessed Sacra-ment Church, this participation will mean different things to different people depending on the present degree of support, such as:

Register in Blessed Sacrament to establish membership. 2. Use weekly envelopes with a contribution. 3. Increase your weekly donation to Blessed Sacrament Church.

To meet our regular expenses we need to increase our in-come. Each of us is aware of the costs of running our own homes. The same demands apply to our parish. Whatever your means allow, we ask you to considering increasing your contribution. Our goals are: 1. To register more parishioners. 2. To realize an increase that will allow us to cover our

daily expenses.

CATECHISTS ARE NEEDED Blessed Sacrament Religious Education Program is looking for people to serve the children of our community. Through the teaching of the Word of God in our religious formation program, the children will learn about the presence of God in their lives. Currently the program serves over 1,200 chil-dren. We need adults, young and old, to join us in this mis-sion. We are especially in need of English catechists. If in-terested, please call Mother Maria Amador, PCM at 1-718-639-6159 or come by the Rectory Office from Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

PILGRIMAGE TO HOLY LAND Under the direction of Fr. Carlos R. Qui-jano, SJ and Mother Maria C. Amador, PCM, both as companions, all members of our parish are invited to participate in 10 days of intense prayer and walk in the footsteps of Jesus. PROGRAMA DE APOYO PARROQUIAL Muchos feligreses comprenden la necesidad de la participa-ción de todo el mundo en el Programa de Apoyo Parro-quial. Para la Iglesia del Santísimo Sacramento, participa-ción significa distintas cosas a distintas personas, como: 1. Registrarse en el Santísimo Sacramento para establecer

residencia. 2. Usar los sobres de la parroquia para sus donaciones

semanales. 3. Aumentar su compromiso semanal a la Iglesia del San-

tísimo Sacramento. Solo podemos cumplir con nuestros gastos diarios si se han aumentado los ingresos. Cada uno de nosotros es conscien-te de los gastos de la financiación de nuestros propios ho-gares. Lo mismo es cierto de nuestra parroquia. Cualquier cosa que decida, su regalo debe tener alguna relación con como se vive y ser proporcionales a su capacidad. Nuestras metas son: 1. Inscribir más feligreses y 2. Llegar a un aumento en el que podamos cumplir con

nuestros gastos cotidianos.

NECESITAMOS CATEQUISTAS El Programa de Educación Religiosa de nuestra parroquia busca personas que deseen servir a los niños de nuestra comunidad. A través de las enseñanzas de la Palabra de Dios los niños aprende-rán de la presencia de Dios en sus vidas. Al presente, el programa sirve a más de 1.200 niños. Necesitamos adultos, jóvenes y mayo-res para que nos ayuden con esta misión. Se necesita especialmen-te catequistas en Inglés.
