Wuereas by section 48 (2) of the Constitution of the Western State as modified by the Constitution —-(Suspension and Modification) Decree 1966 and the States (Creation and Transitional Provisions) Decree 1967it is provided that the High Court of the Western State shall consist of the Chief Justice.and such number ofotherJudges (not being less than six) as may be prescribed bylaw :
AND wHerzas bysection49 (1) ofthe Constitution ofthe Western Statemodified as aforesaid itis providedthat the Chief Justice and the other Judges of the High Court shall be appointed by the Supreme MilitaryCouncil, acting after consultation with the Advisory Judicial Committee : ;
